Order Processing and Preparation

After your order is confirmed, our team will process and prepare it for shipment within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, or show damaged seals or packaging are non-refundable.

Non-Delivery and Reshipment Policy

In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, the following rules apply:

  • If the product is not delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent address information provided by the customer;

  • If the customer fails to collect the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the product will be returned to the sender;

  • Or if the delivery failure is the responsibility of the customer.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

The reshipment cost will be calculated based on the product value and current shipping rates; the exact amount will be communicated by our support team before proceeding.

The product will only be reshipped after payment of the reshipment fee.
