Return Period
You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

Products such as intimate items, personalized accessories, or discounted items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, please follow the same return process and specify the desired item in your initial email.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

Discounted or promotional products are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns of items damaged due to misuse.

Products subject to personal hygiene and safety regulations are non-refundable once opened or used.
Non-Delivery and Reshipment Policy
In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, the following rules apply:

If the product is not delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent address information provided by the customer;

If the customer fails to collect the package within the carrier’s specified timeframe, the product will be returned to the sender;

Or if the delivery failure is the responsibility of the customer.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
The reshipment cost will be calculated based on the product value and the current shipping rates; the exact amount will be communicated by our support team before proceeding.
The product will only be reshipped after payment of the reshipment fee.
